Log in to your Karobusiness account

Go to βMy Ordersβ and select the product

Click βRequest Returnβ, select reason, and upload evidence (if needed)

A pickup will be arranged, or you'll be guided on self-return (based on product/seller policy)

After QC, return is approved and refund/exchange is initiated

Refund to original payment method (5β7 business days after QC)

Replacement (if stock available and applicable for the product)

Exchange (only available for fashion and select home decor items)

Items marked as βNon-returnableβ on the product page cannot be returned.

As a marketplace, Karobusiness works with multiple sellers and brands. Return conditions and timeframes may vary by seller. If a seller has a stricter or extended return policy, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
