Karobusiness strives to offer a seamless shopping experience across a wide range of categories and brands. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the eligibility and process for refund requests based on product categories and seller-specific conditions.


📦 General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are subject to category-specific policies (see below).

  • Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes inspection by the seller or authorized representative.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.


🛍️ Category-Wise Refund Policy

👚 1. Clothing & Fashion Accessories

  • Refund Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Conditions: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Non-refundable: Innerwear, swimwear, socks, customized apparel.

  • Refund Method: Bank/card reversal within 7–10 working days

📱 2. Electronics (Mobiles, Laptops, Gadgets)

  • Refund Window: 3 days from delivery only in case of:

    • Damaged on arrival

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Not functioning on first use (with video proof)

  • Conditions: Original packaging, serial numbers, and warranty cards must be intact.

  • Note: Open-box items or used electronics are not eligible for refund.

  • Refund Method: Bank/card reversal post verification by authorized service center

💡 3. Electrical Appliances (Fans, Heaters, etc.)

  • Refund Window: 5 days for transit damage or defective item

  • Conditions: Must report issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Service/Warranty: Post-48 hours issues are handled under manufacturer warranty only.

  • Refund Method: As per seller/manufacturer verification

🛋️ 4. Home Decor & Furniture

  • Refund Window: 7 days for damaged/wrong product

  • Non-refundable: Items damaged due to customer mishandling, minor aesthetic differences

  • Custom Furniture: No refunds unless defective or damaged on arrival

  • Refund Method: Bank/card reversal or wallet credit


🛠️ Seller & Brand-Specific Refund Terms

Since Karobusiness is a multi-brand platform, individual sellers or brands may have their own refund policies. These will be displayed on the product page and override general policies in case of conflict.

  • Seller-specific refund eligibility and timelines apply.

  • For brand-warranty items, refunds may require confirmation from the brand.


🔄 Exchange & Replacement

  • Exchange available only for fashion and home decor items, subject to stock availability.

  • No exchange for electronics or electrical items; replacement is offered only if the product is defective on arrival.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods, personalized items, opened hygiene products

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase


📧 Refund Process

  1. Raise a return/refund request via "My Orders" within the eligible window.

  2. Upload required documents (photos, video proof if applicable).

  3. Product pickup will be arranged by Karobusiness (or self-return if specified).

  4. Refund will be initiated after QC/inspection.
